At khan chacha, one of the key elements for smoothening and strengthening workflow, hierarchy is being followed which results in better productivity. Adding a variety of options to the menu, and maintaining the quality paramount, Khan chacha aims to provide the best customer service and to maintain that, it ensures to take feedback from the customers and to maintain the communication for a healthy relationship between them and their loyal customers.

The current acting CEO of Khan Chacha, Sidhant Kalra is upscaling the tech as well which enhances the day-to-day services, additionally, he has worked on putting up the cloud kitchen which works towards keeping a tap over inventory, menu, etc.
